I've had been looking for a vehicle for a while but I just had not seen anything I liked. I actually went into the dealership to buy a mirror for my old truck and as I was looking around our car salesman just had not seen anything I liked. I actually went into the dealership to buy a mirror for my old truck and as I was looking around our car salesman was actually able to show me Toyota tundra that I liked and before I knew it I was test driving it and starting up some paperwork to purchase it. I absolutely love the truck and the service that the dealership provided. More

The staff was very friendly. I actually went in to buy a mirror for my old truck and I ended up trading in my truck to get a new one. I had been in the market looking for a new one but I had not found anyth mirror for my old truck and I ended up trading in my truck to get a new one. I came in to take advantage of the big rebates on new Silverados so I'd break even on my trade. Even though I didn't qualify for a few of the rebates, Ray still found a way to get me in one of the two tr Silverados so I'd break even on my trade. Even though I didn't qualify for a few of the rebates, Ray still found a way to get me in one of the two trucks I really liked. The dealership actually paid about $50 for me to drive the truck home. Once we had a deal worked out, everyone explained each document requiring a signature and were very thorough on delivery to make sure I knew how to use all the features of my first brand new truck. They promise so much on the Radio but once they ha Buying the Car When I went to Reed_Lallier I had been to the different dealerships in Lumberton. They promise so much on the Radio but once they have you in their dealerships it's a totally different story. I was burned out from the different Sales Consultants but I received a letter from Reed_Lallier and it asked me for the opportunity to get my business, no pressure just an honest attempt to put me in the car that I wanted. I called and spoke to a Mr. V. Naik and set up an appointment to meet with him. We sat down and talked in general at first, then he asked me what was I looking for and I gave him general things and we took a stroll over the lot and I immediately fell in love with the Chevy Cruse. I had seen a couple of cars that I liked earlier but the Cruse really caught my eye. We went for a test drive and we talkedand by the time we got back to the dealership I wanted the car so bad and he saw it in my eyes. He took the time to work things out so that it would be perfect for my budget. In selling me the car he got to know me and what I could and couldnt afford along with what I could and couldn't do. It was like a family friend moreso than a sales person. He is a wonderful person and I will reccommend him to friends when I know someone is looking to buy a car and as long as they are in business I will be a life long customer. My first Oil Change I scheduled my first oil change which was simple enough and when I arrived they were courteous to the utmost and professional. They got my car in ahead of time and shortly got it back out and to be honest I have never met a more friendlier group of people in my life. This is a well put together team. More

OMG! I had an awesome experience at Reed-Lallier Chervrolet. My sales person Ray Johnson was the best ever. Ray help me to drive off the lot in a beautiful chevy malibu and I was and still in shock, Chervrolet. My sales person Ray Johnson was the best ever. Ray help me to drive off the lot in a beautiful chevy malibu and I was and still in shock, Ray is the man to see at Reed-Lallier and I will send anybody to see him that is in need of a car. This man work so hard to get me in this car that I was not expecting to get, but Ray keep working until the next thing I knew I was getting in a car to take home, Thank you Ray for all your that you did for me.
