I received a message from Allison (sales consultant) on Black Friday about a credit inquiry I had submitted the night before. I set a time to come talk to her and told her what I was looking for and we test drove a 2015 Malibu. I liked the car and the price was good, but I am a "bells and whistles" kind of guy. When I told her this she showed me a certified pre-owned 2014 Malibu 2LT that had EVERYTHING I wanted. She had finance come up with some numbers and presented them to me. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. When I told her that I wanted to go home and talk with the "money lady" and sleep on it, she said sure and gave me her schedule for the next day. That was a first for me. I am accustomed to sales consultants pressuring me into things without giving me an opportunity to research on my own. The next day I came back and really started looking over the car and they took some more money off for little incidentals I found and then the dreaded finance stage took place. I hate the finance stage but I will say that Emanuel was the man and got me a great rate that I could live with. All in all I ended up with a GREAT car at a GREAT price with NO hassle involved.
