I was not pressured and have been emailed, texted, and phoned sense my purchase to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Allison was friendly, professional, and kind to a fault. She was very knowledgeable of the Tahoe I purchased and gave me her cell number in case I had any questions (there are a lot of buttons). Bob was professional and funny which puts you at ease. David explained all my options with ease and no pressure. Will was courteous and I look forward to working with him in servicing my Tahoe. Beth is great and very friendly. I spent Sunday afternoon at the dealership with Ray Johnson trying to trade in a car that I wanted to get the best deal on for a new Silverado . He worked tirelessly to meet my price and to get the price of the new vehicle payment in the range where I wanted it to be . I must say that he succeeded marvelously and even with the extras that I added to the purchase , I am totally satisfied with my new vehicle . Now lets see if they keep me satisfied when I give them my punch list of things that need to be adjusted or detailed on the vehicle .
