Last year I had to take my car in to the body shop and these guys did a great job. I mean is it ever convenient to go without your vehicle? No, but these guys know their business. I drive by another Jeep service department to get to Overland Park Jeep. I am a younger customer and yet they continue to treat with me dignity and respect which is more than I can say about the other J Overland Park Jeep. The best service experience I have ever had. I had a couple of unexpected service problems come up while I had my daughters card in for a oil change. On September 8, 2012, I went in to have a window fixed and my cigar lighter looked at. I was told at the end of the appointment that the dealership did not have the parts to fix my cigar lighter, but the and my cigar lighter looked at. I was told at the end of the appointment that the dealership did not have the parts to fix my cigar lighter, but the parts would be ordered. When they came in, I would get a call to bring my Jeep back. On November 21, 2012 I was able to bring my car in after calling the dealership to make an appointment to put back in my cigar lighter. Doing research online showed the parts I need for my cigar lighter cost around $25. I understand that labor is part of the overall cost, but I was not happy to see that my total cost was almost $70. I had to wait over 2 months to have my car fixed, and even then, I still had to take the initiative to call to make an appointment after being told that I would be called when the necessary parts came in. One positive note was Greg was very flexible in working around my schedule to find a time to schedule my appointment to have my cigar lighter fixed. More
I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger. Never had one problem until this year when the check engine light came on and my car started dieing while driving and dragging in traffice not going over 60 miles on the higway. this year when the check engine light came on and my car started dieing while driving and dragging in traffice not going over 60 miles on the higway. Took it in and they fixed all recall items for free. That was a load off my mind. Check engine light went out but a week later it is back on again. So I'm going to take it back in but this time with the confidence that they will fiind out what is wrong with it. More

The Service Dept. truly opens their doors and rolls out the red carpet. I have always been pleased with their quality of service. Today is no exception. I had my Jeep in today (10/10/12) for a routine oil change. It was completed within 1 hour in addition to a vehicle checkup. Am very pleased with how fast they were able to get my vehicle in and out. My only suggestion would be for the Service Advisor to review the results of the Vehicle Checkup sheet with the owner. Revise the form. Thanks More
