I was shocked at how well this dealership took care of me. Liz McMullen and Clayton Mark never gave up trying to get me the best deal. I had a set number that I could not above and they went above and bey me. Liz McMullen and Clayton Mark never gave up trying to get me the best deal. I had a set number that I could not above and they went above and beyond getting me that number. The cherry on top was Kent Rose in the finance office. I knew I couldn’t afford an extended warranty. That was unacceptable to Kent, he gave me an excellent deal on an extended warranty for the life of the loan and my payment didn’t go up at all. This is the dealership that should be the standard of what all dealerships should be. More

I just blind called the dealership and was handed off to a salesman “sales Super women”. Liz went above and beyond as I was helping my Mom who lives in NW MO amd I live in Rolla buy a Pacifica that was at a salesman “sales Super women”. Liz went above and beyond as I was helping my Mom who lives in NW MO amd I live in Rolla buy a Pacifica that was at your dealership. She sent videos, pics forms to fill out online for the trade and within less than 24 hours I had my mom there at 8:15 on a Saturday to purchase the car and she was back home before noon. Liz went over the car with her in detail and we could not be more pleased with her service!!!!. More

Bought a used Jeep from them. We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected h We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected he said bring it in to service “they’ll take care of you”. Sat there for 3 hours - they fixed nothing but diagnosed the issue and offered to order parts and fix for another $3,500. I should point out that they made sure to mention that they waived the $200 diagnostic fee - as if they were doing me a favor. I did not accept their repair offer and after 5 or 6 back and forth trips from salesguy to ‘ask the manager’ - I got to meet the very pleasant and helpful General Manager. Boy, he’s a real gem. Basically, he didn’t have time to talk to me, nor did he give a rip about the situation. I would not suggest anyone consider doing business with this dealership. More
