i took my car in because a 'service engine soon' light came on. They charged $195 to perform a diagnostic. They gave me the results and told me it was ok to drive my car back to Arizona. The next day came on. They charged $195 to perform a diagnostic. They gave me the results and told me it was ok to drive my car back to Arizona. The next day, i took my car to my dealer in Arizona. They checked and the diagnosis from Redondo Mitsubishi was not correct. It was a completely different issue. The customer service at this location was good. The service advisor was friendly, however I am disappointed that I paid for a misdiagnosis. More
