After investigation, it was concluded that no ability to process a credit inquiry was found at our dealership. Due to the nature of a cash deal, not all information typically required to run credit was collected. This finding was based upon the information provided during your sales process. This error was made at the credit bureau and not at the dealer level. Despite this, we understand the importance of respecting our customers' wishes, and are grateful that our team was able to assist promptly in resolving the issue and getting the inquiry removed from your credit history.
