When trying to get this taken care of they gave me the run around. Kennedy Sizemore was the one handling this mess. When I called trying to get more information, he hung up on me, not once but twice. Very unprofessional, this dealership has messed with my credit, caused undue stress and at the time of this review I am still waiting on answers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

The sales team was nice and I was approved and out the door in less than an hour. Then in just 10 short days after I left the lot three of my four speakers stopped working. When I called and let them know all they said was at least you got a car with a good engine and transmission. I thought that was very unprofessional because I bought a car not just a engine and transmission. I have only had the car for a little over a month and now I have to put wheel bearings on it. I guess they don't inspect their vehicles before putting them out to sell. I know that I am never going to recommend someone to go here for a vehicle. When I had a problem they wouldn't help me at all so I have to sink more money in a vehicle that I paid too much for. It is very frustrating that they wouldn't even just look at it without charging me. More
A complete headache of an experience!! I am overall very displeased and extremely frustrated after my experience with the dealership Bob Allen in Frankfort, KY. I originally walked in with a budget range of $8k-$12k, looking to buy a used car or SUV. The first vehicle I test drove is the one I ended up taking home, but only after 2 days of unnecessary time and aggravation. I was already pre-approved for a $12k loan through my credit union, and the 2010 Chevy Malibu I drove the first day appeared to fit my budget, and I was told that it only had 11,495 miles on it! Of course I inquired as to why it was listed at such a low price, but the salesman simply said he didn't know, and that it was just the price "they" had on it (very helpful). When I finished test driving it, I asked if there were any more vehicles on the lot within my price range that I could look at (knowing already that there were several), and the salesman actually seemed reluctant, or hesitant to show me anything else. He spoke to their sales manager to see what he recommended for me, after hearing my basic preferances and budget, and his recommendation was a 2010 Dodge Charger. I asked, "And this is really within my price range?" To which the salesman answered "He(the manager) seems to think we can work it out!" So I had my husband (who is a mechanic) check it out, and he said it had bad brakes and rotors, and was concerned that it may have transmission problems in the near future considering the milage on it. But of course I was in love with it by then, and spent the rest of the afternoon, up until closing time that evening, letting them run me back and forth as they attempted to make it work for me. Which of course they couldn't, because it was a $15k car in the first place. So naturally I was extrememly frustrated to have wasted the entire day on a vehicle that they knew from the START would not fit my overall budget, or even come close to my monthly payment range. The next day, I told them I wanted to push through with the Malibu, because it seemed to be the best option there, and for 11k miles I knew I wouldn't find a better deal! But it wasn't until after we'd begun the paperwork, that I happened to look at the actual speedometer in the car, and saw that there were in fact 86k miles on it! I was immediately concerned, and continued to be wary throughout the rest of the day. I took the vehicle once again to my husband, and he said that it also had terrible brakes and rotors. I have never seen a car at a dealership that had bad brakes and rotors! Isn't that something they automatically check? No one wants to buy a car that already needs to be worked on! I complained, and the dealership agreed to fix them, but of course added the price onto the total, which really annoyed me. We completed the deal, and drove off with the car. But two days later, when my husband did a balance and rotation on the tires, he noticed that one had a broken belt, and the other had wires showing on the inside of the tire!! Talk about upset! I just paid nearly $13k total for this vehicle, and after 2 days it already needs $500 worth of work! Plus, either of those tires could have exploded at any time, causing me to wreck, and possibly be injured or even killed!! We called the dealership, and of course they denied responsibility and said they simply couldnt afford to put any more money into the vehicle. This is also after they promised to get me a new keyless entry remote, since the one that came with it didn't work! With this vehicle, you have to have the keyless entry to reset several features on the car (including the tire sensor light, which was already on when we got it as well). So whatever, we just gave up, already sick of dealing with this nonsense, and resigned ourselves to the fact that we had clearly been screwed over, and would just have to pay for it ourselves. The same day, the airbag light came on and stayed on. And just a few days later, the headlight switch broke, leaving us with NO headlights, in the Kroger's parking lot at 1 am needing to drive home! And I am sure there will be more problems yet to come. The salesmen, mechanics, finance manager, and other personnel I worked with there were all very nice, friendly, and accomodating so I can't complain about that (however, a couple times I did receive multiple phone calls about a single subject, such as a needed signature, due to the fact that they didn't communicate the information well with each other). The manager, Jim, seemed to be the problem. He was downright rude at times, and we could tell his decisions and actions were what caused us so many problems, and it was not the personal fault of our great salesman, Jerry! But when you spend $13k on a newer, used vehicle, you should NOT have to drive it off the lot already needing $500(at the very LEAST) worth of work, and within less than a week have to spend even MORE! Buying a new/used car is supposed to be fun! But I have cried out of frustration, and stressed to the point of losing sleep over this entire ordeal. Who sells vehicles with bad brakes, rotors, tires, and countless other problems? BOB ALLEN of FRANKFORT. More

They had the very best price of all the dealerships I looked at and the vehicle I wanted was priced $11500 below MSRP. No other dealer came close to such a great deal. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this dealership and I will visit them again next time I am shopping for a vehicle. More
