Mike had indicated that it was all good to go, and all paid for. I do not appreciate this reply at all. You were rude and did not do anything to make me feel good walking out the door. I was happy with Mike. It was you getting involved that has me questioning if I buy a car or servicing there again. You didn’t treat me well. You can state facts but I don’t think you are taking ownership for your rudeness nor did you apologize. I spent over $1500 and no one told me I had more to pay for. The handoff and communication was bad and made ME, the customer, feel like it was my issue. It was not.
