We drove 90 minutes to purchase the Nissan Frontier on a Saturday, and had been in contact with the sales rep for a few days beforehand. When we got there, they tried to upsell us a "protective covering tha Saturday, and had been in contact with the sales rep for a few days beforehand. When we got there, they tried to upsell us a "protective covering that was already installed" for an extra $1000 above the price we had agreed to on the phone, and tried to give us 25% less for the trade-in for our vehicle, despite a description of everything that was wrong with it. When we threatened to walk out, they dropped the $1000 upcharge, and increased the value of our trade in, but still substantially less than what we were originally quoted. After we paid for the vehicle and literally handed them the checks, they said "sorry, the vehicle hasn't actually passed through our inspection process yet, we can't let you take the vehicle, and we don't have people working on Saturdays to do it while you're here". We had to wait a few days until it "passed" their inspection process, and meet them half-way, as they wouldn't drive all the way to our house. Then, the door handle broke. I doubt they did any inspection on the vehicle whatsoever... We got a fair price for the vehicle, so that's the only reason I'm giving them two stars... Would not recommend More
