We bought a used Honda Pilot and two months later began to have problems with it. After it broke down on the side of the road for the second time, I contacted the dealer and inquired about maybe purchasing to have problems with it. After it broke down on the side of the road for the second time, I contacted the dealer and inquired about maybe purchasing a newer Pilot that was more trustworthy. After test driving a newer Pilot we began negotiating a price for our 2012 Pilot as a trade in and they offered $3,900. less than we bought it for three months prior. Sales manager explained that the value of used cars had decreased significantly. I think he was just trying to make money off us coming and going. Will never recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to be treated right. Just feel like we got ripped off and our used car we paid almost $20,000.00 for three months ago is sitting in the shop. Not good customer service!! More

I only dealt with someone named Zachary over ema Extremely entitled, rude, and misleading email correspondence. I was seeking a new Honda Accord. I only dealt with someone named Zachary over email. I was polite and straight-forward with my criteria, but Zachary made it incredibly difficult to get information. 3 business days later, I when inquired again, I got completely different timelines. It went from a 2-4 week wait, to a 2.5-4 month wait. Initially, he mentioned several Accords of my liking being in stock (I had mentioned potentially being more interested in white, but nothing definitive. He later used that as an excuse). After I asked for some clarity on the changed timeline, he replied in a condescending manner that blew me away. I am still shocked that a "professional" would speak to a potential buyer that way, considering I don't think anyone should ever act like that. I do live in GJ, but I will be getting a car elsewhere. If I cannot find an Accord, I will actually change my choice of car because of how I was treated. When a product is in high demand, there is no automatic right to treat others poorly. More
