After 40 years of buying cars from dealers as well as individuals, I can say hands down that this was the most pleasant and easiest buying experience I have ever had. Found the perfect truck online. I HATE negotiating prices and HATE hidden fees and "extras" that I don't want. HATE pushy sales people. So I was sort of dreading the in person part of this sale. I was straightforward and made it clear what I wanted. After driving 3 hours to pick up our new truck, I was expecting an hours long process with pushy sales. I was pleasantly surprised. We were in and out in less than an hour and we got everything we asked and more! Chubz was a breeze to work with and one of the owners even came out and thanked us for our purchase. I'd highly recommend Red River Ford - well worth the 6 hours that we drove to get our new vehicle. Great job! More
2/12/24 I had a 3pm appointment for a oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I drop it off at 2:30 and 3 hours later it was ready. Good right? No, when they were giving me the keys and said "sorry but we could wheel alignment. I drop it off at 2:30 and 3 hours later it was ready. Good right? No, when they were giving me the keys and said "sorry but we could not do the alignment, we must have over booked the machine or something. Can you bring it back some other time". This is unacceptable especially for people who work and have to leave in the middle of the day to make the appointment. This is not the first time something like this has happened. More
