I've always owned Acuras. On a whim I decided to buy a Corvette. Everything that had to do with this dealership from the sale to every service I receive is extraordinarily disappointing. I've never not a Corvette. Everything that had to do with this dealership from the sale to every service I receive is extraordinarily disappointing. I've never not had to leave it over night. Never once is there a loaner car available. They send you home in a Nasty Smokey taxi. Real classy. Price is always more than the first quote. Whatever part I've needed is always on back order. The service girls are nice enough but it's easy to smooze when you are lying. Needless to say I won't be buying through this dealership again More

They have truly honored the warranty with no strings attached. They have replaced my entire dash b/c of a crack, both struts on back liftgate, airvent in back b/c the slat broke, door handle, and cigarette lighter and I did not have to pay a dime. During all these repairs, I did not have to leave it once over night with them. They have gone above and beyond to assist and accomodate me. While repairing my dash, they received a faulty circuit and instead of making excuses, they were up front and made sure I was taken care of as their client. Even though my items were covered under warranty, I was treated as a paying customer. I have used other local chevy dealers and NOTHING compares to Red River. I am forever a customer. If you are unsure, try them once but make sure to ask for Ashley Pierce--she is absolutely wonderful and will make your whole experience worth while. More
Not even one year ago I bought a 2010 chrysler 300 which had about 30k miles on it. I thought I was getting a good deal boy was I wrong. From the first week I was having problems I needed to take it in 3 ti had about 30k miles on it. I thought I was getting a good deal boy was I wrong. From the first week I was having problems I needed to take it in 3 times to get serviced for some switch that kept showing theres low pressure in the tire and when they check it its not the switch was acting up. Then there was a tapping noise that started to come out of the dashboard and that was the straw that broke the camels back right there. I haven't even had it for one year and already fixing things up in it. ON top of all that.. being told to bring it in to get checked out having it sent to a different dealership in shreveport and then telling me I had to go pick it up. NO I DROPPED IT OFF AT YOUR DEALERSHIP YOU GO GET IT was what I wanted to say but didnt and Im glad I didnt. I went into the other dealership and found my dream car 2012 dodge charger super bee and I traded in my car for something I have always wanted and I do not regret it. I was in search of more of a gas saver. I had been reseaching the differant economy cars from the differant companies. I found the the 2012 Chevy Sonic was @ the top of my list. I live in the Haughton areawent online & looked @ RR Chevy & Chevyland & fount that the only automatic sedan left in town was @ RR. so I made schedules an appointment to see it. Mark called me I went & look & drove it. When I showed up he wasn"t there we was on a call across town. Its cool, I undersand things come up. Salesman Joel Davis helped me out. I loved the car & wanted to get out of my gas guzzling truck. I still owed on the truck. At first I didn't like the deal they worked out for me. A few days later I got a call from Mark. They were willing to work out the deal with me I wanted. Low notes & all. I hate that some people had a bad experiance with RR Chevy Company. But, I had an overall(*****)rating!!!
