I have been coming to your Infiniti dealership for 3 years for routine maintenance checks and most recently putting snow tires on our FX-37. I always ask for Chuck, as I know I am going to get the exceptional customer service from him. He is very professional and knowledgeable in all areas that I had questions with. Since this is my second Infiniti, my new FX-37 has all the latest- navigation , phone "bells & whistles"....I still had a few questions about the phone, ( pairing keys , phone book ) . Chuck took the time to sit in the car and walk me through my questions. He is thorough as well in his explanations of the service to be done . My husband and I were looking at Lexus & Infiniti when we were ready to purchase. Chuck and your Infiniti service are one of the reasons we purchased this new FX-37.
