Breath of fresh air, thank you so much red noland. I bought a used car from red nolan,made the deal drove off the lot and the engine light came on when I took it back they said they would fix it. So I was not even in the market for a new car however after meeting with Colter who is the Marketing Manager for the Red Noland group on other business he shared with me the cadillac srx he just purchased with some great lease plans Red Noland had going on at the time. I had never driven an Infiniti before but Colter took me on a test drive of everything and even though again i was not in the market for a new vehicle John the sales manger, Keturah Wilbourn the sales consultant treated me so good I could not pass up becoming a member of the Red Noland family. I have been coming to your Infiniti dealership for 3 years for routine maintenance checks and most recently putting snow tires on our FX-37. I always ask for Chuck, as I know I am going to get the exceptional customer service from him. He is very professional and knowledgeable in all areas that I had questions with. Since this is my second Infiniti, my new FX-37 has all the latest- navigation , phone "bells & whistles"....I still had a few questions about the phone, ( pairing keys , phone book ) . Chuck took the time to sit in the car and walk me through my questions. He is thorough as well in his explanations of the service to be done . My husband and I were looking at Lexus & Infiniti when we were ready to purchase. Chuck and your Infiniti service are one of the reasons we purchased this new FX-37.
