My recent experience was highly disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine when I arrived, but by the time I picked up my car, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and comm Initially, everything seemed fine when I arrived, but by the time I picked up my car, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and communication. Gustavo had offered me a ride home via the shuttle, as my service was expected to take over three hours. However, he failed to inform me that the shuttle would not be available later in the day, leaving me stranded without a way to get back to the dealership. He didn’t think to communicate with me about my return until late in the afternoon. When I spoke to his manager, Amber, she immediately became defensive and focused on irrelevant details instead of addressing my concerns. Her tone was dismissive, and she provided no solution to the issue at hand. She also mentioned that they had to keep my vehicle due to the warranty company being unavailable, but Gustavo never mentioned this when I was in route, causing unnecessary confusion. I requested to speak with her supervisor, Rigo Rivera, but he was unavailable. I’ve called him twice and left a voicemail, yet I’ve received no response. Gustavo also failed to follow through on his promise to call me back after contacting the warranty company on Monday, leaving me without any updates. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience that remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied and would appreciate hearing from the General Manager or someone in upper management immediately, as this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. More
McCombs Hyundai had the new car inventory that I wanted and provided great service at the time of delivery. During the last two years that I've owned the vehicle, the dealership has provided excellent qu and provided great service at the time of delivery. Their response time for services is phenomenal and their shuttles and drivers are excellent. I have, in the past, purchased Cadillac, Lexus and Mercedes automobiles from local reputable dealerships. The sales and service at Red McCombs Hyundai rivals any of them. More
The Service Department rep was courteous, friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my car. The only issue I have from my visit is the overwhelming smell of gasoline when I got into my vehicle. I kept me up to date on the status of my car. I don't know if there was a spillage during the EFI cleaning but I could and still can smell gasoline when I get into my car. My garage also smells like gasoline. More
