I still like this dealership but I was not aware of the new service area. I wound in a construction area. I came across a nice employee who was walking and guided me to the right place. The length of time before anyone even looked at my car for a warranty job when i had a flashing check engine light come on was more than 8 weeks. Going without a vehicle for so long placed an enormous burden in my family and I. No loaner vehicle was offered, no effort was made by the dealer to appease the strain placed on me. Communication was minimal by the dealership and only after I initiated it. To go so long without my car was unreasonable. Hyundai needs to subcontract their warranty work, or offer loaner cars when it takes them so long to handle warranty repairs. I will avoid purchasing another Hyundai vehicle due to this sad experience. More
