My car sat u touched for 3 weeks. No one called or updated or asked me what was to be done with my car. When I finally decided to move it it took them 3 hours to find it be they didn't know where my car was. Then tried to charge me a fee for my car sitting there for so long like it wasn't their own fault that the car had been sitting there that long. Terrible service on all ends. More
