Too busy, wouldn’t listen or take my paper work. First Advisor said unless check engine light is on, they wouldn’t cover it. Called several times & service calls put on hold. Communication is poor. I have to be on top of them asking questions and reassuring information. They tell me my car will be ready by x day and it’s not. They have not given I have to be on top of them asking questions and reassuring information. They tell me my car will be ready by x day and it’s not. They have not given me a lender when they take an extra week to fix my car. Employees come and go quick which says a lot about management and leadership at this dealership. Ive gone to pickup my car at a date it should have been ready and it is not. Ive dropped off my car on a day Ive been told to to just be told I need to take it on another day. I started going to this dealership because they kept up really well with what my car needed depending on its mileage but the last couple of years, there have been discrepancies on the work my car has gotten (possible double work and fees). This place is a mess! More
The new layout is nice, got my oil changed without any issues but for some reason every time I come to this one they over inflate my tires.
