I’m not someone who complain but the services I receive here was horrible. This place had lack of communication I had to call several times to get ahold of the advisors and manager. The manager I would cal here was horrible. This place had lack of communication I had to call several times to get ahold of the advisors and manager. The manager I would call and he got back to me once, I left voicemails and he never got back to me to this day. I had to go down to the place so many times. The first advisor was no longer working there anymore and no one told me so my car sat there for 2 weeks and was getting no work done on it. They spilled oil in my car and used my shirt to cover it up that way I won’t see, when I got it detailed the stain was still in there. Overall, it was a bad experience, don’t take your car here! More

I dropped my car off for an oil change and it was radio silence for two days. I texted. I called. Nobody got back to me.
