The service department does not communicate with the customer. My car wS ready on Tuesday called 17 times no return call. Finally I got ahold of General management and was told Mt car was ready Tuesday customer. My car wS ready on Tuesday called 17 times no return call. Check in was quick and service advisor pleasant. Some non-maintenance items were offered via text which I declined. My carpet was dirty. No protective barrier was used. Disorganized, they were uncertain of the work they scheduled for my vehicle. I was in your shop mid- May 2023 to have warranty work completed and a leaking door seal. When I came in they were unaware scheduled for my vehicle. I was in your shop mid- May 2023 to have warranty work completed and a leaking door seal. When I came in they were unaware of the door seal they supposedly ordered earlier. The door seal they installed isn't the correct one because the new seal leaks more than the old seal. Bad repair work. The technician should have checked for leaks after replacing seal to be sure he corrected the problem. I will have to loose another day because of this poor work ethics.
