I was scheduled for my maintenance issue via BlueLink. I brought my car to the dealership at the allotted time, and was immediately met by a service rep. There is construction going on at the dealership and because of it directions to the site are not clear. But that is to be expected. Victor took good care of my vehicle and was pleasant and respectful. because of it directions to the site are not clear. But that is to be expected. Example: which fluids were topped off, condition of tires eccetera. But nothing was said and I don’t see anything on the invoice in that regard.
