My car sat u touched for 3 weeks. No one called or updated or asked me what was to be done with my car. No one would answer the phone and if they did they were extremely rude and gave No one called or updated or asked me what was to be done with my car. No one would answer the phone and if they did they were extremely rude and gave no answers or was remotely helpful in getting answers about what was happening to my car. When I finally decided to move it it took them 3 hours to find it be they didn't know where my car was. Then tried to charge me a fee for my car sitting there for so long like it wasn't their own fault that the car had been sitting there that long. Terrible service on all ends. More
the staff al around are helpful especially the gentlemen outside the service car drop off who help direct people . when showing up for my scheduled appointment i did not schedule the right service for my ve outside the service car drop off who help direct people . when showing up for my scheduled appointment i did not schedule the right service for my vehicle. but victor of the service department was helpful enough to help me fix my appointment and get my vehicle situated properly . great service !! I recently had the worst experience I have ever had with the service department. It took a month and a half to have 4-items taken care of with my vehicle.
