My oil was double filled on my previous visit and could have caused some costly damages and when I brought this up on my most recent visit they mentioned that they would tell them not to do it again. Worse experience, unprofessional and lazy. Had my car for 2 weeks. Not once did I receive a call when my car was going to be ready or where they are on the process on my car. I called everyday Had my car for 2 weeks. Not once did I receive a call when my car was going to be ready or where they are on the process on my car. I called everyday and not one day did the person who was working my car answered my call. Which I understand. It’s a busy place left a voicemail every time with my number and email. Not once did I get a call or text. On the day before my car was ready I ask to speak to a manager and told him my frustration. His response was “they are busy”. He then told me my car would be ready the next day on Friday. I had two recalls on my car. I ask if after they completed my repairs if they would be able to take it to service to get those completed. He put me on a brief hold and then told me they would take it after and my car would be ready around 3 the next day. I called the next day to talk to the person who was working on my car and no response again. He FINALLY called me a hour later and told me my car would be ready at 6. Which I understood cause the recalls needed to be done on my car. I ask him if he could give me a call once my car was completed and ready for pick up and he laughed and said “idk I will try”. He didn’t call me. I showed up at 6 like he said to get my car. When I arrived I ask him if the recalls were completed on my car. He froze and said “ he was never told about the recalls, and they are not completed” and froze again. I told them about the recalls when I first arrived to drop off my car and the manager promised me he would compete it as well. for two weeks, me and my insurance claim specialist Would try to get a hold of the person working on my car and neither of us could get to him for two weeks straight. I took my car to red McCombs Because red McCombs is known in San Antonio And how good quality they are supposed to be. I never done a review Before But this was just bad. I will not be coming here again. Just disappointing. The person who was servicing, my vehicle, was named Bryan Menard. More
Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. I did ask when I got there and they told me they would take about an hour, which I was willing to wait. The service person tried to scam me by telling me my service price was going to be higher than what was agreed upon when I went to pick up my vehicle. When I called him out on his scam, he immediately r service price was going to be higher than what was agreed upon when I went to pick up my vehicle. When I called him out on his scam, he immediately recanted and brought the price back down. How sad that he tries to take advantage of customers like this. How awful that Hyundai employs someone like this. More

When I first walked in to the dealer ship I had specific needs in my choice of Electric Vehicle as I am getting ready to move to a much colder and mountainous area. Once I decided to purchase a car, he helped me set up bluelink and other things unique to the Ionic 5 that I had never heard of. While he was getting these things done he had DiegoPeinado go over more things I needed to know. Because of them and Oscar Fernando, my buying experience was so simple and fast. Good teamwork! More
