A paint recall took almost a year to correct. When corrected my windshield was not sealed correctly and my antenna was removed and not replaced. We had an appointment for work done to the car. No one called after two and a half business days. When we called, nothing had been done to our car, and it was going to take 3 additional days to get No one called after two and a half business days. The associate Esteban, was not helpful, did not communicate with us, didn’t listen to what we needed, and was not easy to reach. He then went on to suggest $2,000 worth of unneeded repairs. The team member answering the phone was also very short, and unfriendly. She was on her phone when we arrived to pick up the car and had a “I don’t care about this job” demeanor. More
Bryan Menard Cody and Margaret were inconsistent with feedback they will transfer to voicemail the calls and never cal back. The car was vacuum but glass was still left in the seats. There was no feedback or return calls from any of the three persons mentioned. More
