Had my car for 2 weeks, was never able to reach anymore for an update on the services. Was told a certain timeframe for when the parts would arrive and the length of time it would take to complete the repa for an update on the services. On my way home from picking car up the same alerts populating on the dash of my smart cruise control being disabled and my AEB system disabled this is after 3k spent on repairs. Feels like a scam that the same issues populated after the needed part with replaced. Took the car back into the shop the next morning and only update I’ve received in days via text is “ Our technician is still on it, he is checking on the part make sure does not fail , retesting on why it showed we got the same codes, give us a chance for tomorrow to finalize the check up” needless to say I’m Livid!! More
Phil was amazing and the service was great. Only part that ruined the experience was the cashier. She was very rude, and non-responsive to questions. Besides that, great service! I came in as an emergency because my Santa Fe was not driving right. Gustavo Martinez came out to my vehicle and immediately began the process even though I did not have an appointment. They were so busy I was told it may take up to three days to access the problem with the engine. So I left it, and to my surprise my baby was ready before closing at 7pm the same day. They had the parts in stock and was able to service my vehicle and do some other necessary maintenance. Now I am ready for a road trip! I am a happy camper! What I like best, is Gustavo did not make promises but gave me an honest evaluation since he did not clearly know what was going on with my suv. I love honesty! More
