The first complimentary service on my Tucson was quick and efficient. Amber was great to work with. Getting through to the service department to set up the service was tricky. No one seemed to be avail and efficient. Amber was great to work with. Getting through to the service department to set up the service was tricky. No one seemed to be available to answer the phone for 2 days, but when I did speak with someone, I was told to just bring it it. No appointment was necessary. Then, things got easy! I was surprised to hear, however, that the 3 years of complimentary maintenance that Hyundai proudly advertises, isn't as complete as it sounds. There will be many things that will be needed along the way that are not included. This wasn't fully explained at purchase. More

Service has gone downhill. I showed up early to drop off my car. I had an appointment for that day. Nobody seemed interested in helping me. Very weird. There was only one car ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get assistance. Customer service is horrible. The customer used to be king. I guess business has been so good, you just don't care anymore. Sad. My rep Amber called when she got in and was very nice. The work performed was very quick and accurate. But, you need to welcome your customers and make them feel wanted if you want my business. More
