I WAS SO PLEASED TO SEE THAT AMBER WAS ABLE TO HAVE DAY THAT WAS GREAT FOR ME. VERY PLEASED THAT AMBER TOOK ME ON A WELCOME TOUR OF THE NEWLY SHOWROOM AND SERVICE CENTER. I came in following up on a service part which was supposed to have been ordered in September. Apparently, the warrantee part was not received. Friendliest staff! 3 hours for an oil change is too much. Apparently they love to sell cars, just not service them. Before my appt (scheduled 5 weeks out), I called 6 times to ask a question. NEVER received a return call. Asked to speak to svc mgr - nothing. Sat an Before my appt (scheduled 5 weeks out), I called 6 times to ask a question. NEVER received a return call. Asked to speak to svc mgr - nothing. Sat and waited for my service in the waiting room - no one came to discuss anything with me. On my drive home, THEN get a report - 1 item as critical, 3 recommended. Now will have to schedule another visit - whe it could have been taken care of at the time! More
