I worked with Bill (sales) and Israel (Finance). They were easy to work with and generally direct with their commitments. Took two weeks to complete a quoted one week job. I tried to stay in the Red McCombs family for quality work but found out they didn't even do the work and use a sub-contractor and are just the middlemen. I will go to a more local body shop next time, probably cheaper anyway. Go elsewhere if you can. Definitely, expect the time quoted to be wrong and take photos of your car at time of dropping off and inspect it at time of pickup. More
