I remember being with my Mom when she bought her 2013 Tucson off the showroom floor. She was so excited and proud. Long story short, even when we were losing faith, they make it worth the while and continue now with me. Thank you Mr. Bits, Amber, all the service guys, and one particular high energy service man who I won't forget and appreciate for trying to hype me up when I got my 2019 Tucson last month. I didn't show the same excitement because wasn't sure I was gonna get to drive away with it, but did. He reminded me of how my Mom would of been excited for me and felt her spirit within him. I apologize for not knowing his name, older gentleman, very friendly as they all are. I will find him and thank him personally. I look forward continuing to build my relationship with this family.
