I was paired up with Victor one of your advisors and was given ZERO updates on my vehicle. He extended his service through text and said “if you have any questions text or call me”. Well, I texted him twice given ZERO updates on my vehicle. He extended his service through text and said “if you have any questions text or call me”. Well, I texted him twice and called 2 times leaving an email and voice message. Still no response. If you are going to offer your help HELP! Kept my car for a day without telling me anything and then I get told my car hasn’t even been looked at because there are “250 cars here”. THEN WHAT WAS THE POINT OF BOOKING ME AN APPOINTMENT? He finally text me my car is ready for pick up and that it was loose bolts and screws and the car is fine. Okay, so i ask what time does the service department close because I don’t have a car and needed to wait for a ride. AND HE DIDN'T RESPOND. Terrible service. Find someone who knows how to respond and put them in that position. It’s part of your job i don’t care how busy you are. You had a day and half to give me an update. Once again TERRIBLE SERVICE. I brought my car in for a oil change and when they did the change they found a screw in the tire which the tire could not be repair i waited a long time for the oil change than went and told them go ahead the change they found a screw in the tire which the tire could not be repair i waited a long time for the oil change than went and told them go ahead and get me a tire and waited for that as well what kind of dealer ship that sells suv does not have a tire for a suv really , the lady was nice and gave me 10 dollars off the oil change but still 5 hours or so at the dealer ship , that is way too long. All of the customer service I received through the collision center was great. The only issue I have is that they managed to lose my keys when we dropped them in the drop box overnight.
