I had missed my scheduled appointment that day, however I went as a walk in a little later the same day and Amber the service rep & the crew got me in and out quickly, and also made me feel very very much at went as a walk in a little later the same day and Amber the service rep & the crew got me in and out quickly, and also made me feel very very much at home while I waited. Amber was very courteous and helpful. She took time to explain the maintenence needed & all cost involved. Not to mention their newly built facility now houses the sales and servicing groups in the same location which I see is more practical and convenient for the employees and definitely for the customer. To top it off I paid an impromptu visit to the young man that sold me my last 2 vehicles (his name is Diego) who happens to be very personable and kind as well as professional. I was so impressed that he remembered my full name and that of my daughter after not seeing me for at least 2 years (not to mention he showed me how to work the coffee machine). I said all that to say it is the little things that make the biggest impressions. Keep up the good work Red MCCombs! More

Everything was fine… until I got home and my husband checked the coolant and it was almost empty. I specifically told the person that was doing the service that the last time they told my husband that t checked the coolant and it was almost empty. I specifically told the person that was doing the service that the last time they told my husband that the coolant needed to be refilled. Once finished, the guy told me “we checked the coolant and everything is good. No need to do anything”. Well, that’s clearly not true. More
Employees were nice and prompt. I did not like them trying to sale me services on my car that was not needed. Told me my battery was in critical need and should be replaced for $430 I did not like them trying to sale me services on my car that was not needed. Told me my battery was in critical need and should be replaced for $430 for an Auto zone battery. I looked on Autozone and my battery cost $200. Took my car to Autozone had battery tested and it was in excellent condition and does not need to be replaced. More

I took my car in after it had been stolen and damaged. The body shop was confusing to find and not very welcoming. My car remained with them for over a month and a half. During this time, I only heard from my advisor Victor one time. My husband and I tried calling to speak to him multiple times a day for almost a week before we were exhausted of trying. We even tried speaking to a manager and one was conveniently “not available” each time we asked. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend or use this dealership ever again. More
