Very pleased with the accommodations that Rigo (Service Manager) provided while my car was repaired. He arranged transportation to the dealership and let me drive a rental car during the repairs. Took my vehicle in for a recall. Had to make a sacrifice to drop it off and have someone pick it up since I was out of town on business trip. I got a call from the service advisor informing me that they had to order the part for the recall. I was flabbergasted that they didn't have the part in on an ACTIVE RECALL. What a waste of my time. I had to schedule another appointment for this to get taken care of several weeks later after I returned from business trip. I'm very disappointment. More

I was accused of having previous work done on my car, which I didn’t. I was told to just come get my car. This went on for over 8 hrs. The GM went and looked at my car and after speaking to him I asked w which I didn’t. I was told to just come get my car. This went on for over 8 hrs. The GM went and looked at my car and after speaking to him I asked what color the car was he looked at. He let me know it was white, to which I said that’s weird because my car is gray. They had been working on the wrong car the whole time. Jason and Paul were amazing, Rigo was rude and treated me horrible. So did the woman who called me first. (I don’t know or care to know her name) I could see this happening at a smaller dealership or a lesser know dealership. The main reason I went to them was because of how well known they are. Never again. They did finally get my car fixed, and they detailed it for me. To little to late. More
