A few months ago, I took my Palisade for service and my service advisor was Joseph. He was great, and all went well. This time, my service advisor was Gustavo. I was very disappointed and not everything service advisor was Joseph. He was great, and all went well. This time, my service advisor was Gustavo. I was very disappointed and not everything was done. Communication was terrible as well. I asked to speak to service mgr and was told she was unavailable. I left a detailed message and was told Amber was very good at returning phone calls. I haven't heard a word from Amber. Not surprised. Hyundai is not known for their customer service. More

I don't like the idea of the service center recommending unnecessary and unscheduled maintenance from the manufacture. It was suggested that I needed an additional $700.00 of maintenance that the vehicle wa unnecessary and unscheduled maintenance from the manufacture. It was suggested that I needed an additional $700.00 of maintenance that the vehicle was not due for according to the owner's manual. This did not happen under the previous service management. In addition, the recommendations came via a text the next day. More
