Called the dealership transferred to service department, was transferred to service advisor, left a message to call me back. Never received a call back. Called twice and never got a call back. Later receive was transferred to service advisor, left a message to call me back. Never received a call back. Called twice and never got a call back. Later received a call letting me know that my plates were in, asked to be transferred to service advisor, this time was able to speak to someone, explained my issue. Was told to bring it in. The morning took my vehicle at 7 am, explained the issue. Later that day received call from service advisor letting me know the grounds were loose and were tighten hopefully that resolved the issue. More
