I had been calling Red McCombs for over 4 weeks to schedule a time for me to come in, and not once did a representative tell me I have to make my appointments online. After leaving my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as an original owner with under 100,00 miles they said my car needed a new engine (by text) for a quote of $10,800. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer having purchased two vehicles and referred family. Never again. More
Making the appointment was easy, driving up to the new building was nice and I was seen right away. My appointment was for 8:30 am and I was out by 9:30 am. Paying the bill was easy as well. My vehicle was there 3 months and communication with my advisor was very sparse. I know they were dealing with Hyundai directly to get my service approved but I would have appreciated better communication advisor was very sparse.
