The shop kept the car for a week to perform a repair on a pre-diagnosed issue, valve cover gasket replacement. Called the dealership transferred to service department, was transferred to service advisor, left a message to call me back. Never received a call back. Called twice and never got a call back. Later receive was transferred to service advisor, left a message to call me back. Never received a call back. Called twice and never got a call back. Later received a call letting me know that my plates were in, asked to be transferred to service advisor, this time was able to speak to someone, explained my issue. Was told to bring it in. The morning took my vehicle at 7 am, explained the issue. Later that day received call from service advisor letting me know the grounds were loose and were tighten hopefully that resolved the issue. I had a great experience. There was no wait time when I arrived to drop off my car. The service that would be completed on my car was explained to me, and I was able to get a ride to work while repairs were completed. Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and courteous. I was given a phone call when my car was ready, and was picked up from work to get my car. Initially I was wondering how this day would go for me, but Phillip and the other guys got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank you. More
