I had a appointment at 10:15 and i showed up at 9:40 with no one in front of me and when i went into the lobby there was barely any customers waiting maybe one or two. i was there until around 12:40, this de no one in front of me and when i went into the lobby there was barely any customers waiting maybe one or two. i was there until around 12:40, this dealership all due respect is a embarrassment, and then the workers said “it has gotten better since before”, i can only imagine how bad it was. i was told as well that people would be waiting for 6 hours for a oil change and i believe it. this was my first service so fluids and oil change nothing crazy and my car didn’t get seen until 11:45. this was a terrible experience. i then had to go up to the front and ask for a update on the car finally and i got told it has been done for 10 minutes and the paper work never reached the front so i was waiting for nothing. this was a terrible experience i would not recommend to anyone. More

Advertise that loaners are available for warranty work but will not promise a loaner when making an appointment. We have Santa Fe 2-1/2 years. They have had it on warranty repairs two separate times, each but will not promise a loaner when making an appointment. We have Santa Fe 2-1/2 years. They have had it on warranty repairs two separate times, each over a month out of service. The latest warranty repair was handled same day. They tightened some nuts or bolts, said it was fixed, symptoms reappeared four days later. I don’t much trust service department anymore. I canceled my appointment, then the symptoms went away. I don’t know what to do. I requested service manager or general manager call me. No response. More
