I have continued to have problems with starting my 2022 Tucson Hybrid. It is very inconvenient to use the key fob to manually open the door, then use the battery reset to finally start the car. Based on Tucson Hybrid. It is very inconvenient to use the key fob to manually open the door, then use the battery reset to finally start the car. Based on the internet this is a common problem with this model. Why has it Not been recalled? I am nervous that it will leave me and my disabled husband stranded one of these days. The service department kept this car for5 days and found nothing wrong. This battery drain , low battery voltage is happening on a weekly basis. I will be taking the vehicle for a 30,000 mile check. Is it a Hyundai hybrid problem or a lemon? More

Gustavo was a great communicator, but i am not satisfied with the outcome I brought my car in for a jerk that my car does which I believe is my transmission, they told me they couldnt detect anything with m with the outcome I brought my car in for a jerk that my car does which I believe is my transmission, they told me they couldnt detect anything with my transmission and it might be because the torque on my axle is loose…the dealership has my car for 3 weeks when i picked it up and i put in reverse i immediately felt the jerk…honestly the jerk doesnt happen all the time it does happen a few times a day while i drive it, i figured over 3 weeks we could this resolved but i guess not, i will be reaching out to corporate to see if I can get this resolved if not in the future i will no longer be apart of the Hyundai team you all look up my info this isnt my first Hyuandai More
My initial experience when buying my Santa Cruz was very good. Its been 5 months now and the truck is OK. Gets about 27-34 MPG. There was an issue with the bed mat. It was warped when we bought it. The sale good. Its been 5 months now and the truck is OK. Gets about 27-34 MPG. There was an issue with the bed mat. It was warped when we bought it. The sales man was supposed to get us a new one. I last talked to him about 2 months ago. He said they hadn't gotten one in. That was 3 months after I had purchased the truck. He has not called or texted.with the status of the order. His name is Manuel S Garza. I am going to wait a bit more then I will be going to the manager. Not a good way to generate repeat business. The door locks are also an issue. If one door is open you cannot lock them. We had an issue while we were still in my previous car. A better came up and tried to get into the car demanding money. I was loading groceries in the back seat on the other side. My wife was in the from passenger seat. The beggar was banging on the door and window, demaning money.Thankfully she was able to lock the door and I went around and ran off the beggar. If the same thing happens in the Santa Cruz, The beggar would have gotten in and been able to beat on my wife and steal her purse before I could get there. All because the Samara Cruz will NOT allow you to lock the doors with a door open. There is no means to manually lock the door. They are power lock only. I discovered another issue withe the door locks. They will not unlock if a person is in the truck with the key and the food are locked. I found this out one day when I went into the store and my wife waited inthe truck. It was fairly hot (90) so I left the engine running withe the AC on. After I got out, my wife locked the door. I went into the store, did my shopping and returned. Only to find out I couldn't unlock the truck. Neither the button in the door nor the remote would unlock the truck. I had to knock on the door to have my wife unlock the truck from the inside. If she had passed out or had a heart attack, I would have had to break a window to get in, even though I had a key. The lock issue is a huge saftey concern and needs to be addressed before something goes wrong and someone is seriously hurt. There is no reason to put such limits on the locks. When something does go wring, I am sure a huge law suit will follow. More
