I already gave a review. Was not satisfied at all. Prices are extremely high. No incentive to use the dealership. The dealership was quick to take my vehicle in, but did not communicate anything to me with regards to the services they recommended. They send a text with a link that has what they "recommend be done i not communicate anything to me with regards to the services they recommended. They send a text with a link that has what they "recommend be done immediately". The explanation was substandard at best and offered no real insight. I understand the benefit of an automated system, but this method of delivering information regarding needed maintenance leaves the client in the dark about the services with only pressure to help make a buying decision (a blind decision in other words). My recommendation is to have an actual technician go over the findings with the vehicle owner to help make sense of things instead of ushering them to a pressure-induced Purchase of Additional suervices/maintenance. More
