I was accused of having previous work done on my car, which I didn’t. I was told to just come get my car. This went on for over 8 hrs. The GM went and looked at my car and after speaking to him I asked w which I didn’t. I was told to just come get my car. This went on for over 8 hrs. They had been working on the wrong car the whole time. Jason and Paul were amazing, Rigo was rude and treated me horrible. So did the woman who called me first. (I don’t know or care to know her name) I could see this happening at a smaller dealership or a lesser know dealership. The main reason I went to them was because of how well known they are. Never again. They did finally get my car fixed, and they detailed it for me. To little to late. More
