The service department was great especially Amber. But the body shop department was absolutely horrible. My car was in the body shop getting both passenger side doors repainted because of a defect to But the body shop department was absolutely horrible. My car was in the body shop getting both passenger side doors repainted because of a defect to the original paint job. My car was in the body shop for about 5.5 weeks. I had to rent a car for 8 days, which cost me about $500, while my car just sat in the body shop. The body shop rep only called me 2 times during that entire time, only to ask me for money to do additional body work. I must have left over 20 messages during that time. I actually drove to the dealership 3 times just to get an update on the status of my car. More

Very pleased with the care my service technician Victor, driver Ronny and the rest of the team took when dealing with my concerns. My Hyundai Cooperate Care Case Manager was of no help, but I would highly r driver Ronny and the rest of the team took when dealing with my concerns. extremely rude staff, I have a genesis and unfortunately the genesis store wasn’t opened when I needed service so I was forced to use this red McCombs where they did a horrible job and let my vehicle be bro the genesis store wasn’t opened when I needed service so I was forced to use this red McCombs where they did a horrible job and let my vehicle be broken into where of course multiple 100s of dollars worth of items had been stolen they didn’t want to check camera footage never locked my vehicle door as when I went to grab my items I left my door was already unlocked and car was empty, no sympathy no accountability pure rudeness and didn’t bolt the bottom of my car causing it to fall immediately then when I went back to get it bolted… lady at the front said I needed an appointment and wouldn’t get back to me about when I could make an appointment then when I did get a time available she said there was nothing to do since there was “no proof” it was their mistake… ok…. Then I go in to order a tire cap they wouldn’t let my husband pick it up for me now they’re saying they can’t find the order and it was never ordered??? I did pay and of course lost the paper receipt this place is ridiculous wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all! Don’t come here More
