I would have rated the service as five star but I was not offered a loaner or rental car for my warranty repair. I left the car with Red McCombs Hyundai for a radio/backup camera replacement and driver side offered a loaner or rental car for my warranty repair. I left the car with Red McCombs Hyundai for a radio/backup camera replacement and driver side door handle replacement. I was traveling for a week so didn’t need the car. When I returned, I waited an additional week without a loaner or offer for a rental car. Thankfully, I have backup transportation that is not as economical but still disappointing that during a repair lasting two weeks I wasn’t offered anything for temporary transportation. Comparatively speaking, when I had a recall performed on my 2014 Ford Focus, I was at least provided with a rental for four days. More
Contacted Service Dept regarding my left HID light going out and replacing antenna. Chase answered all questions and addressed concerns and parts were ordered and replaced within 72 hours . Amber was also out and replacing antenna. Chase answered all questions and addressed concerns and parts were ordered and replaced within 72 hours . Amber was also instrumental in assisting Chase . Miss Angela and Veronica who are the last people you see in regards to paying for your service very sweet and definitely an asset friendly and Always smiling. More
JOE IN THE SERVICE DEPT IS A LIFESAVER! He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and even fit me in to get my tire issue resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE NEST YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO HIT THEM ON THE HEAD TO GET ATTENTION. TOOK MORE THAN TWO WEEKS TO FIX MY CAR AND THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME . THEN THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE BRAKE LIGHT W HIT THEM ON THE HEAD TO GET ATTENTION. TOOK MORE THAN TWO WEEKS TO FIX MY CAR AND THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME . THEN THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE BRAKE LIGHT WHICH WAS WORKING WHEN I GAVE THEM THE CAR AND ASKING FOR $160 TO CHANGE THE LIGHT BULB AND COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST AND OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME TO BASICALLY KICKING ME OUT . THEY ARE BORDERLINE RACIST . THE LADY WHO HELPED ME WITH THE LOANER WAS REALLY NICE . GUSTAVO WAS NICE BUT I GUESS HE IS OVER WORKED . More
