Had an appointment at 945 for oil change waited a whole hour for the lady to check me in she said she forgot. A whole nother hour went by and asked if my car was completed she said hold on. Another 15-20 m hour for the lady to check me in she said she forgot. A whole nother hour went by and asked if my car was completed she said hold on. Another 15-20 min she came out and said it was going to be 109$ and they hadn’t started on my car yet! Mind you I had my 2.5 year old toddler with me. At this point I was furious! Everybody who came in after me were already gone I was the only one left in the lobby. I was supposed to have three free complementary oil changes. No one said anything about ma’am. You don’t have complementary until she came out two hours later and said it was gonna be 109 so I told her you’ve had me sitting here for two hours and you barely wanna tell me that it’s gonna be 109 and they haven’t even started on my oil change? All she could say was I’m sorry so I asked her for my keys in my car and I left with no oil change. More
They made my car look like new again and returned it to me clean. Victor kept me up to date on my repairs and kept me informed of any delays. I was promised my car would be ready early the next morning or perhaps later the same day it was dropped off. At 1 PM the next day, I found out Service Had not even looked at my car. They Never Called the Endurance # I gave them to ask for a claims Number, and They Never Called Me Back. I also Believe the $125 SERICE CHARGE is a RIPOFF. I bought my Hyundai at your dealership in 2016, but the had lady would not Wheel & Deal, so I went to Red Mc off of IH10 and had the same car be transferred to the IH10 dealer. He Was Willing to Met my Price. More
