Came in for the paid for oil changes for my Sonata, without an appt, I was assured by the initial contact, I did not need an appt. It took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. The technician that worked on my vehicle did a good job. My service advisor initially told me about my alignment with price. At first I was going to hold off and just take my vehicle in for the recall. I to My service advisor initially told me about my alignment with price. At first I was going to hold off and just take my vehicle in for the recall. I took the shuttle home with their service was good as well. Within 30 minutes of leaving the service center I called to give the go on the alignment. I called twice to the service desk and the service advisor number to have this service done before 4pm when I would be returning for my vehicle. My appointment time for my recall was at 9:15, my shuttle was before 10am and I called between 10:30am all the way up to 3:30pm. I never had my call returned that day or days to come. My service in person was good but after trying to call all day to add the alignment service I’ve decided to use my neighborhood body shop. I don’t prefer major dealerships and only take my vehicle for recalls other then that I get my services done at my neighborhood body shop for their customers service and attentiveness. These acts of services is what keeps customers coming back for future services and recommendations. More
Dealership checked for needed maintenace while I waited for recall to be fixed. They gave me a long list of items attention which amou8ntd to over $1200.
