Approved a quote for $629. 74. Arrived to pick up the car and the bill was $767.48 with no explanations. After 20 minutes that said the would honor the approved quote, but then 74. While I messed up on my appointment date, they still took the car for service. Service advisor was not familiar with the service intervals. Was told no service due since I had less than 8K miles drive, I e the car for service. Service advisor was not familiar with the service intervals. Once home reviewed the service invoice and no where does it show that the recall was performed. On company website, I asked the service advisor if recall was performed. Now over two weeks later, have not received a replay. Not sure if I have to beg for an answer or not. Service was performed in a timely manner. Giving a three star due to service advisor not knowing service intervals, no mention on service invoice about the recall being performed and the lack of response to my asking about the recall. I visited the car dealership for complimentary service. I believe the multi-point inspection was supposed to check for loose bolts and bumpers. Just having a new store that tries to emulate the luxury car model doesnāt make it a high-end establishment. More
