Very pleased with my recent service at McCombs Hyundai Northwest. The present construction is a negative, but not much can be done to change that. We made an appt for the safety recall and an oil change and dealer refused to do safety recall and wanted me to schedule for another future date and leave the car for 10-15 days with no loaner car. I call and dealer refused to do safety recall and wanted me to schedule for another future date and leave the car for 10-15 days with no loaner car. I called Principal Hyundai in Boerne and was able to get an appt and they said I can sit and wait for 1.5 Hr max while they do it. Red McCombs Hyundai is not even close to being in the same league as far as customer service compared to Principal Hyundai. More
