Terrible communication on status of vehicle. My original service agent apparently “left the company” when I called back in a few days for an update and no one could tell me what’s going on with My original service agent apparently “left the company” when I called back in a few days for an update and no one could tell me what’s going on with my vehicle until I get assigned a new service agent. Took a month to get an appointment for some recalls and told that I could not wait there for service as it would take a couple of days. No loaner cars offered so I had to carpool to work. Days go by and no call back. Finally call me after 5 days saying my vehicle is ready with no apologies or acknowledgment of the many voicemails I left inquiring about the status. If they had only responded earlier to reset expectations I could have planned for it. Ended up having to borrow a car from a friend. More

The lack of personal affects lots the timing por service appointments. Personal not friendly not reliable not well trained mechanics the crash cars they can’t find why the car has a hazard light of the eng appointments. this is the 2nd time this has happened: drop off car, take shuttle home, service advisor is NOT there when I drop off, have to give details to another advisor, my service advisor calls some time later (I take shuttle home, service advisor is NOT there when I drop off, have to give details to another advisor, my service advisor calls some time later (I suppose when they arrive at work), repeat the details again, flashforward to car being ready when advisor calls, I take an Uber to the dealership (because the shuttle stops running at 2 pm), I go to the cashier and my paperwork is not there, so they have to call the advisor to get the paperwork . . . one time, after I paid and went to my car, it had a flat tire and no one realized this? thankfully, it was fixed and I was on my way. But it is frustrating to pick up your car and you can't pay because the advisor hasn't taken the paperwork to the cashier and they have to find the advisor somewhere on the dealership. Honestly, the ONLY reason I continue to take my car for service at NW Hyundai is because Ruben is still there, and I can ask for his help if necessary even though he isn't a service advisor anymore. He has excellent customer service, and I wish the other advisors would learn how to treat customers better. More
