Overall pleased with the experience but there are some opportunities for improvement. When I went into the trailer I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for 5-10 min. However Ernest did provide excellent cus opportunities for improvement. When I went into the trailer I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for 5-10 min. However Ernest did provide excellent customer service once he was able to get to me. Same thing when I went to pick up my car. I was in the wrong trailer for at least 10 min before anyone acknowledged me or informed me I was in the wrong place. Dirt was tracked onto my floor mats and driver door. This should have been protected or at least cleaned. Car exterior was clean when I dropped it off but it had dried mud on the exterior when I picked it up. I understand the dealership is being revamped but I don’t think good service includes getting your car back dirtier than when you dropped it off. I’m not super mad about these things but If the techs can’t AT LEAST keep the interior of my new car clean, I will take it to a different dealership. More

Very poor communication and customer service. If the service is going to take 3-5 days say so. And, if the customer is supposed to pick up the vehicle, a courtesy phone that day with a status wou If the service is going to take 3-5 days say so. I had to call, leave voicemails and call back constantly for an hour close to the end of the day just to see if my car was actually ready (after they quoted it to be complete). My service rep was almost non-existent, missing our drop off appointment and not there when I was told to pick up the vehicle. I probably will not return. Go to another Hyundai dealership, not any Red McCombs. More
