Worst service i ever had, they couldnot get to my car or give me a call about what next even after dropping if with them for 2 weeks. i was really upset to hear from them that they need several more weeks t give me a call about what next even after dropping if with them for 2 weeks. i was really upset to hear from them that they need several more weeks to get to my car and it should be dropped of there only. they donot even want to give an appointment and take care of it based on that. who in the world can survive without a car for months.stupid service, never ever go here and find some local guys who can fix. If you have ever been on hold, you hear Red McCombs boast about providing the best service in town, second to none. He would be completely disappointed. My car was on your lot for 80 days. In that time, my s about providing the best service in town, second to none. He would be completely disappointed. My car was on your lot for 80 days. In that time, my service rep, Ernest Daminguez, called me once (after 49 days). He repeatedly ignored the messages I left asking for an update. Once I finally got my car back, it looked like it sat in your lot for 80 days. It ran great (new engine installed), but it wouldn’t have killed anyone to run the car through the wash. Ernest didn’t even call to tell me the car was ready, the cashier did. My experience with your service dept has made me never want to by another Hyundai again. More
