I found the two salesmen that helped us to be a great help in purchasing out first electric vehicle. We learned a lot on the day that we test drove. Little did we know how much there was yet to learn. I have found the service department to be lacking as they appear to be clueless as to our special needs. I tried to schedule an appointment for a recall update on the vehicle that should only take a couple of hours at most. They told me that they would have to keep the car for 7-10 days and would not give us a loner. So we are driving 100 miles to a dealership out of town in order to get the service that we need in a timely manner. This dealership's service department needs much education in all electric vehicles if they are going to need to service them. It is a shame as they are very conveniently located for us. More
