I'm supposed to get free maintenance. However, I can only bring it every 7,500 miles. Since I don't drive far, I had to wait an additional 2 months for the maintenance. At which point, they told me that the free maintenance has elapsed. Apparently, it's only 3 years. Then, there's the 3-hour wait for an oil change and a tire rotation. After 2 hours, I asked the service advisor for an update. He was excited telling me that he just pulled it up to the service tech. So, I had to spend $136 for an oil change and tire rotation that took 3 hours. Not satisfied. More

I was scheduled to drop my car off at 2 PM on Saturday. Two hours before I was to make my appointment my service advisor called and said that my recall would take longer than the amount of time that the sh Two hours before I was to make my appointment my service advisor called and said that my recall would take longer than the amount of time that the shop was open. He also let me know that there was no loaner available for me since they had to keep the car until Monday. That already started off the service with low expectations. On Monday when I was supposed to pick up my car, I did not get an update until about 2:30 PM. I had called the shop two other times that day to get an update. When I got to the shop after being called and I was able to pick up my car they said that the car was not ready. I waited an extra half an hour to pick up my car and then was told that there were two dashes in my tires. The TPS light was not dropped my car off, but it was on when I picked it up. I will not do business with red McCombs Hyundai Northwest again More
