Took my new Tuscon hybrid in to get the "engine management system" warning light checked out. It came on while I was on a trip and the closest dealership turned it off and told me it was safe to d management system" warning light checked out. I told the service man this when I took it in but all he put down was that the check engine was on. It had not come back on. Since there was no code and the light was off, all they did was drive the car a few miles and since the light did not come on, they gave the car back to me. The "myhuyndai app" still shows I have a problem, but they can't do anything. More

Absolute worst experience we have had. Took our new Santa Fe for routine maintenance (oil change) and 2 recalls. We had to have it towed back to the dealership where they stated they "fixed" it within 30min but we refused to accept it until a full diagnostic was done. 3 days later and I still have heard ZERO from the dealership, Steven Harwood (advisor), or Eddie Solis (manager). Completely unacceptable treatment and lack of communication from everyone in the service department. More
