Patrick Stephens is absolute trash manager and condemns customer’s property damage. My car was scratched 2 times before so I decided to take a snap of before and after the 3rd scratch. I left a message(please to not step and scratch) near the spot and sure enough scratched again. This time I told Patrick Stephens about and to my astonishment he blamed on me. Even tho all the workers who checked before him saw the deep scratch. I was very respectful but annoyed. I don’t understand why Patrick is even in management if clearly don’t understand what service is and condemns all the damaged his worker did. I used to come for service at least once a month but now will never be back. I know you might not care about one customer but hey if my car been scratched 3 time sure other cars are also being damaged. Absolutely trash service or rather NO SERVICE! More
I like the fact that the advertised price was the price in person. No mandatory dealer add-ons like tint or lojack. I purchased a used car so I can't speak to a new car purchase. Service kept car from 7/24 - 8/23. Did not even receive a diagnosis until 8/9, then still took 2 weeks to fix (when they had the part). Never got a same day returned called, ever. Service GM never called me back after leaving him a message. No loaner vehicle provided. Charged $450 labor for a $58 part, for basically 2 hours of work. Finally got vehicle back and it was absolutely filthy (covered in dirt so not even the courtesy of a wash), and had sweat grease stains on the interior door panel. Eddie was not too bad to deal with but I think he is given the short end of the stick due to lack of accountability and management at this facility. I will not be working with another Red McCombs dealership ever again; in fact, the car just got traded in and I'm happy to be dealing with another dealership now. More

The Red McCombs Northwest service department has had my Hyundai Elantra with less than 3000 miles on it since July 12th and we still do not have our car back. This is exceedingly disappointing because we bought a new car from Red McCombs instead of a used car with the hopes of dealing with less maintenance issues. We were told the car was fixed and ready for pick up on July 31st, only to find out the problem was not addressed and had to take the car back, where it has been sitting ever since, supposedly waiting on a part. This is literally a brand new car purchased from the dealership at the end of May and it has now been sitting in the service department for longer than we had the car in our possession while we continue to make payments on the car and pay for car insurance for the vehicle. We still do not have an approximate date when the vehicle will be fixed and returned to us. With the exception of one service department member, we feel like we are being ignored since most phone calls are sent to voicemail and the calls are not returned. We have tried to reach out to Hyundai corporate to register a complaint, but are also not receiving a response from them. We feel like our new car is being held hostage, but since the fuel pump is still not fixed, we have no option but to leave it there until the problem is addressed. The only positive is that the service center has provided a loaner car while we await our car's repairs. It just seems unthinkable to me that a brand new car would take more than 6 weeks to fix, but that is what we are dealing with. More

2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2. 0 was in shop for almost a month for an engine replacement under service campaign. Picked up car and there were food wrappers left by someone else in it. Car exterior was filthy (not like that when it was towed in). Mechanic left a rag inside the hood. Hood wasn’t latched down all the way. Car broke down at the gas station and wouldn’t start. Got a jump start and was told the battery connections were loose. Mechanic did a rush job. Now the car idles rough at a stop, AC barely blows, seats don’t cool anymore, stereo speakers sound blown, and there are random honking/beeping noises in the car. I’m very disappointed and have texted, called,and left messages. Service advisor says that he got the car back to me before his promised return date and doesn’t even address the new problems with the car. Patrick Stephens, the Service Director won’t return calls. Just emailed the General Manager. Also, Contacted Hyundai Corporate and they said Red Mccombs Hyundai NW has the worst customer service and they can’t get any responses either. Next stop is getting my attorney involved. Red McCombs would be rolling in his grave. This is not how he took care of his customers. I know because I worked in a law firm in the same building as him in the early 2000’s and we spoke every morning. He was a good man. It’s a shame this dealership has his name attached to it. More
