If you have ever been on hold, you hear Red McCombs boast about providing the best service in town, second to none. He would be completely disappointed. My car was on your lot for 80 days. In that time, my service rep, Ernest Daminguez, called me once (after 49 days). He repeatedly ignored the messages I left asking for an update. Once I finally got my car back, it looked like it sat in your lot for 80 days. It ran great (new engine installed), but it wouldn’t have killed anyone to run the car through the wash. Ernest didn’t even call to tell me the car was ready, the cashier did. My experience with your service dept has made me never want to by another Hyundai again. More

The service over all was great with a wonderful seating area and coffee to boot!! The one star reduction in the rating is because of something I realize is temporary. It was quite difficult to actually get my car to the service area. The entry "gate" from the IH 10 access road wa something I realize is temporary. It was quite difficult to actually get my car to the service area. The entry "gate" from the IH 10 access road was not yet open for my 8:30 appointment when I drove up. Coming in, then, from UTSA Blvd, I followed the signs to the service department which did not help. A construction worker tried to help but I finally got out of my car and asked someone working in one of the bays for help. By then, there was also another woman with her vehicle following me to find out where we should both go for service. The service bay employee was very helpful - after showing us where to park, he walked us directly to the service department. More
