I’d recommend not buying a Hyundai! ! I’ve driven them for 19 yrs with no problems til now. My 2020 Elantra with 11K miles & full warranty broke down. It was towed here 10/27 and I’ve be ! I’ve driven them for 19 yrs with no problems til now. My 2020 Elantra with 11K miles & full warranty broke down. It was towed here 10/27 and I’ve been told they can’t even LOOK at it for 4-6 weeks. What’s the point of buying a car, having a full warranty, but it’s not driveable for MONTHS?? More

Eddie Solis took exceptional care for each of my concerns. Dealing with 2 different vehicles may I add. He not only was listening but he made me feel heard and valued. Worst service i ever had, they couldnot get to my car or give me a call about what next even after dropping if with them for 2 weeks. i was really upset to hear from them that they need several more weeks t give me a call about what next even after dropping if with them for 2 weeks. i was really upset to hear from them that they need several more weeks to get to my car and it should be dropped of there only. they donot even want to give an appointment and take care of it based on that. who in the world can survive without a car for months.stupid service, never ever go here and find some local guys who can fix. I waited a month for my app't and made arrangements to leave my Genesis there for 9 days while I was out of town, giving plenty of time for the recall and my 40,000 maintenance. They advised they would need my car for at least 5 days and they had no loaner cars available. I called 3 days in a row and left a message with my name and telephone number, I did not receive a call back. Arrived on the 9th day to pick up my car and nothing was done. They had lost 2 technicians, construction, etc.....never got to it. Service rep said he sent me a text, but it was to the wrong number. Service advisor stated he could have my car ready tomorrow, but I live in Kerrville and care for my 87 yr old mother who had a doctor appointment the next day. I could not do without my car, which was why I made arrangements a month in advance to leave my car and provide ample time for the service. More

As always, the staff at IH 10’s Hyundai took great care of me. The service, conversation, and free snacks were awesome. The new Expresso Machine needs some adjustments but, great idea! of me.
